Alvarado Church of Christ 

There is so much confusion about religion in our world today with so many churches teaching many different things. At Alvarado Church of Christ we believe the Bible is a reliable and sufficient guide in every aspect of our daily lives. Though we are far from perfect, it is our desire to follow Biblical teachings and examples the best we can.

We know that finding a church home can be challenging. We also know that this process begins with being a first-time visitor and that the unknown can be overwhelming. Because of this, we want to give you an idea of what to expect when you come worship with us. We assemble on the first day of each week to observe the Lord's Supper, praying, singing, and hearing a message from God's words.

We are a congregation full of people just like you. People who want to know Jesus and his healing power of love and graces, and are united as the family of God on the basis of our common faith that Jesus is the Son of God.

If you are looking for answers to the difficult lessons of life, if you are looking for a place to belong, if you are looking for a place to experience healing from the emotional wounds from your past and present , if you are looking for a place you will feel encouraged and challenged to grow deeper in your relationship with Christ, and if you are looking for a place to serve others in the name of Jesus, then this may be just the place for you.
